Doing You: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Live Online Workshop

Tuesday 22nd July 7 -9pm

£20

Join me for a two-hour live session online. We’ll be looking at imposter syndrome from a completely new perspective, one that allows you to “Do You” with more confidence, peace and enjoyment - and less stomach churning, angst and frustration.

We’ll look at the stories we tell ourselves about imposter syndrome in a completely new light, one that can transform our relationship to them. From here we’ll map and navigate how going forward, change becomes not only possible, but inevitable.

The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are

Doing You

Imagine being able to allow yourself to be you, without worrying about what others might be thinking.

When we're stressed and lost in the "What are they thinking about me?" imposter-syndrome kind of thoughts, the idea of being happy in our own skin can feel very distance, and we’ve ALL been there.

It might seem like “doing you” is something we need to 'get to’, but this workshop isn't about 'getting somewhere'. It's about an understanding of how story and life dance together that can give you a glimpse of what it feels like when the beliefs that hold you back fall away. Then we’ll map and navigate how and why, going forward, this can make change both possible and inevitable.

What previous Storywheel course attendees have said:

  • “The Cinderella Experiment“ workshop was such a joy to attend. Jacqueline skillfully guided us through a journey of story and self reflection. Looking at ways to change the stories that may be holding us back, we were given both the clarity and the magic to open up new possibilities, new thoughts and a strong sense of love for life in all its wonderful complexity.”

    - Anne Whitehead

  • "I would like to thank you once again for the wonderful experience and for being such a warm and helpful guiding light to us all. I enjoyed your friendly approach, the openness of all the participants, and the wonderful feeling of the penny dropping. I have started to enjoy a calmer mind, and to be more present in the now."

    - Cristina Ticoi

  • "My reactions to my thoughts are different now, so my ongoing thoughts are therefore different. I’ve found this very useful, no longer adding negatively to my thoughts.”

    - Carole Wilkinson

  • “Thanks Jacqui, I really enjoyed it, certainly the deepest thinking I've done in about twenty years I reckon! I seem to be calmer with certain situations and people that generally push my buttons and I’m starting to look and deal with them from a different perspective.”

    - J. Minihan

  • “The work with Jacqueline is transformational”

    - Wendy Dickinson
