  • Hello Operator: The Story Machine

    Two ghostly dramatic monologues commissioned for a brilliantly innovative site specific arts project produced and directed by Natalie Bowers of Barrowfull, using live theatre, foley art and a giant red phone to deliver radio drama performances to local audiences.

  • Arran Voices

    Community storytelling project and performance: “Arran Voices” .

    It began by sharing stories across the island, people telling their tales to one another and discussing what Arran means to them.

    Together we wove an evening of stories, both live and recorded, and performed at The Alchatorvie, Lamlash.

  • The King of the Cats

    32 page full-colour soft-back book of fifteen stories from Lancashire retold by Jacqueline Harris with original artwork.

    The book was originally created to accompany the contemporary art exhibition: “The King of the Cats: Stories From Lancashire Explored and Re-invented by Four Visual Artists and One Storyteller”

  • East of the Sun, West of the Moon

    Storytelling performance commissioned as the festival finale for Litfest, Lancaster. A contemporary interpretation of an old tale in collaboration with award-winning cellist Maja Bugge.

    Ghost story and trail guide, “The Quarryman” was commissioned for the ‘Huntington Heritage Sculpture Trail’ in Bold Venture Park, Darwen, featuring sculptures by Marjan Wouda, and exploring the legacy of James Huntington.
